Matt's 365-15: A Cuddled Rose, Four Views

The Get-Well Bouquet my wife received has begun to droop, with the lilies already gone, the roses starting to, and the carnations hanging on. The outer leaves on this rose hung low while the core almost seemed to withdraw into the heart of the bloom.

Your angled bridge reflection is very eye-catching, as is your Simplified rose (#2).

Thank you, Linda. I was going to post only that one but thought it looked too mysterious, so I dabbled. Always interesting to read people's reactions to the different post. Thanks again. Matt

Matt's 365: #16; Paines Creek at Full Flood

After two days of heavy, constant rain, the creek is at full flood.

Very nice image of the creek with great, twisted leading line that pulls us all over the frame in its curves.

I'm proud of you getting out there and chasing this one down, I have laid the camera aside this week, defeated by the rain and gloom.

Capture the gloom, Minnie. It will then vanish. Matt
