Nice Tony. :) Whereabouts was this? I like finding out about the places I can't get to.

Thanks John! :)

I wish I could remember exactly, but I think we were on Hwy AZ64 south of the Grand Canyon.

Thanks for that. :) One thing that I have started doing is running an app on my Samsung Galaxy Phone. It's by Google and is called My Tracks. When I start it running, it makes a tracklog until turned off. I can then import that log file into lightroom and geo tag each image with the gps co-ordinates! This does require though the cameras time and date to be set correctly. I have found it very handy for when I foind little hidden locations I want to return to. :) I got sick of my memory letting me down. :)

You're welcome! I use Geotag Photos Pro. Unfortunately when I got fired from my job I lost my editing computer with most of my original photos and track info

I am hoping things turn around soon and I can replace everything, and get out taking photos again.

Neat cloud formation. Not sure if I see a horse or a dragon in it. :)

Tony, did you take this image through the windshield of your car? I ask because the sky has that same bluefish green tint as the factory window tint on many western I cars

Hi Bobby, I may have taken it through a side glass, don't remember for sure. I am surprised at a tint as I applied a colorchecker profile. I did hit it with a topaz photo pop, but I am not sure if that introduced a color cast or not. I do remember I took it because of the colors present.

Tony

I just remembered I d/l this from g+ or Facebook, so that may have distorted it

Thanks Tom! Usually I can see all kinds of things in clouds, but for the life of me I can't see anything here

I've been thinking about this and just realized I am an idiot. Since I didn't make the profile shooting through the glass it of course wouldn't correct for it. So Bobby is likely correct that there is a color cast present which I missed!
