Work does tend to do that sometimes Jenny. Nice set of catch-up shots.

Towed our caravan down to Elliston for the Easter Long Weekend, a rugged country town down the West Coast of Sth Australia. A favourite spot for the Aussie surfers and Salmon fishing.
I captured a shot of the local jetty whilst I was waiting for the sun to set.

Nice shot Jenny.
Looks like a peaceful place to go for a walk.

Week 11.
Went for a walk in our wetlands which is just across the road from me.
A big zoom and a big crop to capture this bird guarding his nest.
The other is a spent Gerbera Flower.

Very interesting bird Jenny. Makes ours look a bit boring.

I kike the lighting on the first one and the subtle reflection of the bird. The spent gerbera looks very much like a spent dandelion - nice closeup.
