Gift Card
Here is another image to play with. In and of itself it is a very simple shot, just a flat gift card. The challenge is to do something creative with it.
Here's my take. I only spent about 1/2 hour on it as I have a workshop to head out to. Enjoy.

For this one I just created an interesting background. The only real work I did was rearrange the numbers to a generic number in keeping with making personal info in ads realistic but non-working. Kind of how Hollywood uses 555 as a telephone number prefix.
The background here uses the colors found in the card itself. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

Here is the universal problem I have with a job/challenge like this. You are constrained by the original appearance of the object (in this case a gift card). As I look at the image, the first thing that comes to mind is that the Image needs more "snap" (the card needs to be a brighter gold/yellow color & the lettering needs to be bigger & bold. As an image editor, I can't easily make the lettering bold, but I can easily change the color or either the lettering or the card. If I do that, I no longer have an accurate representation of the subject.
However, there are a few "tricks" we can use, such as setting the card on fire . . . . or superimposing it on a picture of a Lambagini.
