'Little Ms Sunshine'

Post by davechinn »

This was taken at a wedding rehearsal three years ago. The expression is what caught my eye in this candid shot of about 30 feet. Yes, I do know this young lady and yes, she has seen this image from another edit, but not this version. Your thoughts?

Interesting Mr. Chinn...I like the lighting effect but would rather see less softness in her face, or at least maybe the eyes, nose, and mouth.....not sure if that would work..overall a well composed image.

Like it, Dave, but there is a little too much "moonlight" in her forehead for me. Matt

Thanks for commenting Frank. You may be right, a little less softness couldn't hurt. I may have overdone/over processed, but with a personal touch as well.

Thats okay, Matt !!! Everyone will have their own tastes/opinions. The forehead could stand a little toning down. Thanks for your opinion.

Glad you understand the intention Steve and I totally understand this isn't for you and others as well.

I don't get a lot of Picasso or Dali's work as well so it doesn't mean much. S-
