I am grateful for a place where that's possible. I am a refugee from a different forum where experimentation was sometimes less welcome, and I appreciate the folks who share our village!

I too am a survivor from another forum, where a picture may be presented, but if not shot at a precise angle, lit precisely. Then your picture was rubbish.
If we are to grow as individuals in whatever our chosen field, then, yes argue, support, objectively criticize, but allow each of us to be ourselves.
And as I often say.."Have fun"

I chose something I knew would be just about impossible for the fun of it - a water lily in the harshest sun imaginable. Then went from there with whatever I could find. Chuck inspired me to play with text.
I wonder if you see the bird on the right? S-
