That's a fascinating perspective of the guitar "end" (what's that called??). I enjoyed thinking about the complexity and technical aspects. I believe I see a drum in background, which is a great element to the composition. Not sure about the prominence of the metal pole (microphone holder?). Think I'd love to see just a touch of microphone at the bottom edge of the frame, and I know you have the skill to do it, Dave

That's a creative way to crawl inside the music! Very creative approach with rich tones and enough details to find your way through. Was I with you when you shot this one? I can't place where or exactly what it is.

Thanks Linda, glad you like the perspective. The name of the end is the headstock, but maybe what you are seeing and referring is a capo. www.fender.com/articles/tech-talk/what-is-a-capo
That is indeed a drum in the background. I don't remember what the stand was used for, could have been for a mic, but I'm not 100% for sure. I never thought about placing a mic at the end and would be a good idea. I'll have to give it some thought.

Thanks Minnie !!! I have taken similar shots, but none from this angle. Usually from the other end of the guitar, down to the end of the neck.
This was taken the day I was with Don and it was up where the outside markets were? Maybe it's considered a flea market? You and I were there the next day as well, if you remember.

I've always been a fan of these intimate moments and could not think to have shot this better. More please! S-
