Industrial #4

Post by RBorud » Sun Dec 03, 2017 11:54 pm

Hi All
After being encouraged to continue Industrials as another line of imagery, I found myself spending the thanksgiving weekend traveling in and through this kind of areas of my city for many hours. Due to the holiday it was deserted and a photographic feast. I will present another of this new venture
for your perusal. We approached a large paper recycling mill, a throbbing and smoking beast it was, and discovered an entrance where many tons of paper waste was deposited. I was fascinated. Please enjoy RBorud

Well spotted and well made into a composition of colorful and mysterious paper detritus flowing outward from the center, implying that the source is endless and eternally churning out more detritus to me dealt with. The exaggerated detail works very well in this one.

To those who are blessed to be friends of Jim Hill, this reminds me of his dumpster series. And if you don't know him rborud, it is a high compliment.

Like this unusual image very much.

Why do I have the urge to throw paper in the air as if they were Fall leaves? Keep them coming! S-
