There is a company named AKVIS which has a number of interesting plugins for the Photoshop family. This one was done with AKVIS DRAW, in a layer that was later blended with some opacity changes, and then a layer of Topaz Texture Effects, again blended at lower opacity. I refer to this style as "Primitive Sketch". This was taken on the Blue Ridge Parkway, near Shenandoah, VA.

Wow, this was wonderfully done and reminds me of an Asian masterpiece.

As this is one of my favorite genres I suspect you will be seeing plenty more like this. I don't know why I got started on the idea of a "primitive sketch", but I've developed an eclectic taste for it.
