While visiting Wisconsin & Door County on Sat I took this image. Came home on Sunday. Opened this image while getting the news from Vegas. ;-(

It is eerie how our images sometimes connect with events without our intent. Nice way to display the sculpture, I am always interested in how to photograph artworks in a way that is artistic in its own right, rather than just documentary.

After all these years, I'm still trying to find the right way to capture the Jesus statue behind the St. Louis Cathedral in New Orleans.

We never seem to learn, do we? Amazing we have survived so long and are on the increase as well. Well done. Matt

I'm intrigued by this image, mostly the composition with the silos in the background just out of focus and well-placed shadows.

Thank you for adding this, and the backstory to go with it! S-
