NYC was still on high alert when I visited on New Year's, 2002. This was in Penn Station which was aswarm with armed police and other security forces. I was surprised they didn't object to my taking the photo.

That's a darned good shot! I like the way the golden light wraps around and limns their faces. I am mildly surprised they didn't object as well.
