I think the name "Be Free and Be Happy" is a perfectly good name for this photo, too. Taken in New Orleans, Jackson Square. All was done in NIK Color Efex, various filters.

I like the gritty sixties feel this has. Well done! I didn't know you could use the NIK Collection as a stand-alone. Neat! S-

You recognized the era! The "look" is from one of the vintage film filters in color Efex. Other filters were stacked for light, shadow, detail and vignette. NIK will not develop a raw file but once you get it to a JPEG or tiff in your cameras (free) raw developer, you can open it in one of the NIK filters and stack effects. For this challenge I just exported the raw to tiff with the settings zeroed out then took it to NIK in its blah state.
