Leaving the Dark Side

Post by Matt Quinn » Tue Aug 22, 2017 8:20 pm

Most of my recent B&Ws have been heavy on the blacks so I thought I should pay more attention to the whites. Here's one from the Herring Run Brook on Cape Cod. Matt

This has an infrared photography feel to it. Somewhat surreal.

Duck said it before I could. First thing I thought was "infrared." It's lovely, and serene.

(I prefer to present pictures in albums because I can put them in specific order.)

All the great photographers use cameras! No, really. :|

I worked this in SEP. I usually import into SEP, scroll down till I like what I see, then choose. I normally like the dark renditions; for some reason, this treatment seemed pleasing. Thanks. Matt

I like this one so much better than the rest as it gives the proper attention to the stars of the show. Thank you for adding this! S-
