Reminds me of the decorative security bars at our courthouse but the scale is wrong. I also thought part of a railing but, again, the scale looks off.

I'll have to see how others guess on this one. It may ring some bells in my head. :D

Decorative girder system on a commercial building? Looks like maybe on the inside of the glass. Mall, airport or such like edifice?
