The object partially shown on the lower right has some sort of grid behind it, so I'm guessing a security or motion sensor, against a weathered wall of some sort with a little vine growing up it.

I have a feeling we could go on guessing and go around in circles so I'll call it. Matt, you came closest with only two things wrong with the guess; it's not fire related nor is it on a wall.
