Through the windsield shot

Minnie's shot of a bridge through a windshield reminded me of this one.

I had walked the streets of Delhi trying to find an elephant which I know are still used to carry goods. I gave up in the end. Then just as we left our hotel to travel to Agra we came upon this one. I doubt it costs the mahout much to feed his animal as all the shopkeepers were bringing it apples and bananas.

This is wonderful! A great slice of life in this exotic country I'll never see, even with the little intrusion along the bottom which I presume is some part of the vehicle you're in? Sometimes the windshield is the only window we have to a scene. I have had to clone out bird poop and splatted bugs, but so be it.

I have imagined you riding one of these to visit some remote area, with children following behind and waving enthusiastically. Perhaps this time?

I love this and find the subtle reflection on the glass giving the impression that I'm right there with you. I'm glad you added this one! S-
