From the feathers I'd say it's a peacock, but those eyes look reptilian. Neat! S-

His name? "Angus MacCaw" Indeed,,a blue and yellow macaw ( some regions of the head are blue with a bit of yellow pigment...hence the green.

As for reptilian eyes...bird's aren't just descendants of the dinosaurs, they are, in fact, wondrously evolved feathered, warm blooded dinosaurs themselves.
