So you must confess....have you mixed color and b/w in this image....it seems to work well here

Yes. I used Tonality to convert it, and it lets me "partially" convert and hang onto some color. The biggest part of the work was using different stuff to enhance the "lights" which were too subtle to even be seen in the original.
