I'll take the boring any day

Post by Duck » Fri Mar 09, 2018 2:00 am

Seems luck was with me. I jumped from one job right into another. I also had the chance to put my new DIY product photography table through its paces. I am very happy with it so far.

Here are a few shots from today's job; 11 products, 4 shots each, processed and exported to two different sizes for web integration.

"Phew!" 8~

It doesn’t seem boring! It’s exciting to put your skills to use to create the best solution possible. We are all proud to share your journey and your success. Keep us in the loop!

(But your studio still scares the bejeezus out of me).

Thanks for all the support, folks. Love to you all.

Here are some finished samples to show what I mean by 'boring'. While it's not 'artistic' like what other people do here, I do love what I do.

Very excellent work! What we used to call (old man voice) Back In The Day... Catalog shots. I personally enjoyed doing them very much. I had a couple of clients who would call every so often with new stuff for me to do. For them the most important thing was consistency from shoot to shoot, and I was able to deliver, which was why they kept coming back. :)
Friends call me Chuck. :photo: This link takes you to my Flickr albums. Please click on any album to scroll through it.
(I prefer to present pictures in albums because I can put them in specific order.)

All the great photographers use cameras! No, really. :|

I figured since I had all these cool toys my client was letting me hold on to as we work on their website... (!)

So far, so good. They haven't complained at least... and that's a good thing.

This image was done just for me. I added it to my portfolio.
