I like the image, the tilt of his posture, the elongated reflection, the composition. Not too much grain unless a little messy in that upper right corner. the processing has done something to the cloud and exaggerated the grain there. The bird and cloud are cool compositional features that balance the image, so it might be worth trying to dial back that layer a bit and see if you can tame the effect. It is always the edges where artful processing wants to take its toll. I often just crop that stuff out but here you have a compositional reason to want to keep it.
