NOLA is a character of it's own made up of those that live there, those that visit, and those somewhere in-between.

This is a beautiful, if sad, representation of the spirit that exists in a city that has gone through so much and survives! S-

I totally agree. It is a survival city, with a playing field that was leveled by catastrophe, and that still flavors the culture there.
