YES! It's terrific! Poses slightly different but heads inclined exactly alike. Wonderful light! Perfect complete reflections! Line of gentle surf in the background! Subjects engaged (they look like scientists). Sharp with good bokeh. Yes! Yes! Yes! (OK)

You know how much I like geometry and this is the rare people-picture that has geometry. The >> arrowhead shapes (made up of girl+shadow) and the matched profiles give you such a strong compositional base. And yes, monochrome is definitely good here. It doesn't hurt that they are so darned cute, either.
