I like how you used motion blur in this one - and a narrow area of focus. Converting to monochrome solved the biggest problem I have with baseball and soccer images at this age - the junk around the field - parents, poles, trash cans, parked cars. You've taken all that out of play with your selective focus and the monochrome conversion. Nicely done.

A bit lucky to get just the mid torso starting to turn blur minniev, yes backgrounds are usually a mess with kid sports....thank you for comment.

I like it! I concur with previous comments. The one and only thing I see that I might try had I made it would be to very slightly brighten the ball. Just something I might try, just to see. I don't know if you added the ball or had astounding timing but its placement against the darker ground is great, I just had a little trouble finding it. It might ruin the picture to brighten it juuuuust a tad, but... (?)
