This is one of those images that must be viewed larger than the inline version to be appreciated. Because it's a Dark Side image, one might might the masterful small details hiding in the harp or even in the man. I will not embarrass myself by trying to discuss the intricacies of your lighting set-ups, about which I know less than nothing, but will say it is a lovely study of this musician you snatched off the street.

I'm no portraitist, but do play and build folk harps in spare time...and see lots of "harp portraiture" on CD cases...and this is one of the most impactful, strikingly original compositions I've seen! The harp's harmonic curve leads into (or devolves from) an implied origin at the harpist's head...Amazingly effective!
