I've no specific question...this helps prevent any limit to, or bias of, critiques or comments.....

Well taken action shot, with water and moving boys caught in that elusive moment of boyhood fun, isolated against the water and sky, and with reflections ghosted beneath them. What lies under the well-taken image, for me, is the theme of time.

We have watched these boys grow up.

This picture, like others of yours, and some of my own, puts a lump in my throat. Childhood, like waves, is too fleeting. But no matter how hard we wish we might, we cannot hold them still. All we can do is lock down these magical moments. You have done a masterful job of it.

Min said it nicely - I looked and didn't have anything to say, but there is something there and I think Min nailed it. You caught the determination, the focus on the current moment, and with the iconic background, how fleeting it all is. I love all the contrasts, they play so well off each other - bright bare chest vs dark shirt, dark shorts vs light shorts, shades - and a really nice sense of depth.

I love the story I’m seeing! He’s thinking, “This is my TD pass, with 2 seconds on the clock, to win the game.” The tight end is thinking, “It’s all up to me, I got this, I was born for this, watch me fly!” All that innocence and joy is beautiful to see, and yes, the aftertaste carries a few bittersweet high notes.

No need for a critique here Frank !!! The days of youth, beach and football may something of the past for us, but the dream of never be will always be there. Excellent capture that will be cherished by all involved.
