Very nice shot, Bob. Extreme closeups of insects is a game of patience, I have found. Sometimes I don't have that kind of patience that's why I can appreciate shots like this one. Can you share your process?

Duck, I think it's a matter of taking a lot of shots, you can't tell a butterfly to wait a second. I love butterflies, every city I visit I try to find their Butterfly Conservatory. The one above was shot in Key West, Florida where we have a home. Every time we go down there, I stop in. It was shot with a zoom lens and not a macro.
