this is a really emotive series of images Ernst they each have their own unique perspective and all seem to share a common thread of the loneliness of being cast out.

This last image, the pull back portrait of the harbor is particularly nice, with a full tonal range uncommon for an image that borders so closely to low key it really stands out nicely and draws he viewer in for a deeper closer look into the nooks and crannies of the view. This is perhaps an all time favorite of your non people work for me. I see this harbor and it makes me want to be on the water at sunup with a live well full of baitfish and a rod in my hand
