I wondered about cropping a bit from the left, seems like a stronger statement of repeating patterns and shapes. Maybe a little more drama with light and contrasts?

I like the image, especially with Linda's crop to contain some of the massive stacks a bit so we don't lose the cake. The two intersecting lines with the bike at the crosspoint works as a compositional device.

Though I rarely have the inclination to do it, for some reason I immediately thought about converting it to monochrome while keeping/intensifying the color of the bike.

Frank I'm not much of a architecture sorta person, but I'll take a stab at it. I do like the leading line that the building provides for the subject. However, showing more of the walkway would have created another leading line, but not knowing what was beyond the area may have been your reasoning for not capturing that particular composition. Just my thoughts.

What a difference a crop makes! This is an interesting image making me wonder what it is too. S-
