Not sure how I missed it. Frank has covered the technical issues, so I'll focus on the impact which is considerable. The scene is lovely and peaceful but the light makes it more than that. Creative thinking to locate the sun behind the steeple.

appreciate your comment re: impact.
I had to wait about a half hour before I could wangle the optimal camera position/ praying all the while that the clouds wouldn’t thin!
