An alternate title considered was “No service for next 160 miles”

Overall a nice image Dave, well composed from a good perspective with some visual impact....as for post processing a bit more work might be in order.

I've noticed some artifacts along some edges, some dust spots, darkness both upper corners, not sure about the white spot on the upper left eave..none are deal breakers but when in critique I would be remiss keeping quiet Dave.

Precisely why I posted here! Keeping quiet in a critique section doesn’t cut it!
Many thanks, Frank, for your close and serious inspection.

Not sure how I missed it. Frank has covered the technical issues, so I'll focus on the impact which is considerable. The scene is lovely and peaceful but the light makes it more than that. Creative thinking to locate the sun behind the steeple.

Thanks, Min.
appreciate your comment re: impact.
I had to wait about a half hour before I could wangle the optimal camera position/ praying all the while that the clouds wouldn’t thin!
