Eat Cake

Postby pop511 » Mon Jun 05, 2017 9:14 am

A young woman, who is friend of my son Bakes cakes and also does drawings for tattooists and her own amusement.
These pictures were taken off her phone, so the colours will be off.
I have never, never seen anything like this, and at my age, that is saying something.

Thanks for sharing these amazing cakes. Hard to believe they are eatable. Equally hard imagining being the one to start their destruction by making the first cut.

What she said! Thank goodness for photography. I don't think I could cut into one of these. I love the friendly expression on the Great White's face! This young woman is a true artist!

(I prefer to present pictures in albums because I can put them in specific order.)

All the great photographers use cameras! No, really. :|

I have rarely seen the super-artistic ones in person, but there used to be a television show about a place in Baltimore (Maryland, USA) that created. The most dramatic moments were transporting the pieces to the event location (such as wedding reception) and putting together. Thanks for showing us the fun!

Of course the tattoo artist in me gravitated immediately to the sketch. While on the surface it's a great illustration, as a tattoo design I see so much wrong with it. I'm not sure if feeling like this is a good thing or a bad thing.

I wish I had that much talent. Thank you so much for sharing these! S-

Tattoo sketch was of course from her phone
Is it representative of her work?

I guess I now understand how Ernst feels when he sees my attempts at portraits.
