Beautiful egret, with a perfect reflection ( though I wish I could see more of his surroundings). This must have been taken near dark or very deep in the forest. Elegant bird with elegant detail.

It amuses me but my favorite part of this are the branches in the top-left corner. They frame the image well and really tie the image together! S-

Bob, Stunning. Love the texture; almost 3 dimensional one the bird. The clarity of the image makes me wonder whether these birds see their reflection and ,if they do, why don't they react. Maybe they are programmed some way that they recognize themselves. Mysterious. Thanks for posting. Matt
