A very nice industrial that you've turned into a geometric abstract with terrific detail. You've rendered the metallic tone quite well, and I know from experience that is not an easy chore. Well done.

That is indeed just a terrific industrial shot! The kind they'd use in the annual report! (OK)

All the great photographers use cameras! No, really. :|

OOH,sweet. Someday I would like to be able to capture those blacks and the soft transitions between gray tones. Slick, indeed, Bob.

Thanks, minnie, Chuck, and Mike. I appreciate you looking in and commenting.

Mike, it takes a lot of desire, practice, and analyzing the scene. The entire area is lit with sodium vapor lights. They produce a yellowish light. To tone that down, I used an X1 filter, along with a very small aperture for DOF, This resulted in an exposure of about 15 seconds. Couple that with appropriate processing and the results are quite nice. It takes attentive experience and observation.

Great shot. Impressive that you are able to make something like a water treatment plant look so cool. This actually reminds me of a scene from a video game. I can picture a spy or space marines or special forces maneuvering through this.
