you are getting a collection of these! I'm wondering if it is an "open/closed" kind of thing where the frame can move up or down. Or perhaps it is intended to take off and put on (intended to cover up the entrance sign). Regardless, Good Stuff!!

Fun! I'm reminded of some of the Far Side comics, specifically "School for the Gifted," and the student is trying to push the door, when the sign says "Pull." Here:
