This mornings shoot...

Postby Didereaux » Wed Aug 12, 2015 7:08 pm

...I mean that literally.

They held a charity trap & Skeet shoot this week at the city gun range. So I thought that before the temp hit 100 degrees today I might drive over and see if they would let me shoot. Hit a beautiful morning fro it. Didn't get any keepers, but did get some high quality snapshots, enough to tell the tale anyway. ;)

It all starts here

First the Range Master does a little posing...

then some of the shooters take a couple practice shots (as it turned out they didn't take enough).

Then they started to shoot for real.

Always the determined one present...

determined or not. this one missed. Lucky he didn't fall down and shoot the score keeper.

Then some of them decided that their team was the prettiest and talked the official city 'photographer' into taking their picture....note the Nikon in the grass! ;)

Anywo, was fun and just might return tomorrow moorning and see if I can't get a couple keeper shots.
