Dee’s House

Post by minniev » Wed Sep 12, 2018 9:36 pm

This house belonged to my grandparent’s farm foreman, Dee Love, who was a powerful figure in my childhood memory. He taught me lots about the natural world and took me with him in the farm wagon to plow, run the molasses mill, carry corn to the gristmill. If I can ever see daylight on the house project I’m in, I want to take Dee’s house on next.

Love the history lessons from your youth minniev.....maybe try and enhance the house a bit (think light) to make it more the focus of the image

Agree. A close up of the house on this misty morning would have been great.
As it is the house as an element is too small and lost in the trees.
This where you get a sleeping bag. Stay all week in the forest to get that one shot.. :D
Have fun;
