The sky was completely overcast. Thus, another trip is in the works.

It is a beautiful scene, masterfully composed. Have you tried asking it to give you more in terms of contrast, and color versions, to compensate for the overcast conditions? I would guess that you already tried and weren’t content with the result. I look forward to seeing the one you ARE content with! It’ll be grand, I’m sure.

So is that the reason for tone here Bob?? and I'm with minniev wondering about contrast..I'm sure you have presented as wanted....

Minnie and Psjunkie, yup, very flat lighting being filtered through a thick layer of fog and clouds. I would have liked just a bit more sunlight, but that not in the offering. I'll definitely be going back, hopefully with a bit better weather.

Since this was a completely film project, there's no color. I did take on color photo of the camera setup, but even that isn't much to write home about. Thanks for looking and the interest.

One benefit of an overcast day is flat light, it's excellent for flowers and such. More contrast? S-

St3v3, I tried increasing the contrast, but couldn't get to the point I wanted to see. The other, and possibly better, alternative is to re-visit the location and rephotograph it with, hopefully, light more suitable to my liking.

Thanks for checking this out and your suggestion. Both are appreciated.
