We're back in MD with only trees and clouds. Matt
Ah yes, I understand. I'm back from Colorado, and no more mountains or lakes, just flat land with a lot of utility poles and wires to worry with...

A pleasant, simple composition though, you made do with trees and clouds quite well!
Thanks, Minnie. I like this a lot and may have a print made. Matt

Yin Yang

A pretty sunset in Portugal makes a lovely sunrise in Maryland.

SOOC, except for an attempt at horizon leveling.

You've had some amazing clouds to work with! I need to dig in my archives. We haven't had a decent sunset in a while here. Even when the Sunset Predictor says its 85% chance of a great sunset, it is still dreary and dull or else cloudless and thus colorless.

I'm happy they arrived safely, dancing all the way...

Here's one from Maroon Bells, where sunset is hardly the ticket but I tried anyway.

Mountains and a chilly stream are great reason to get up early. Brings back memories. Matt

This is an amazing post with beautiful images that got me to wonder what's important in an image.

Light - what are we without it
Composition - how we tell the story
Vision - because it can change

What do you think? S-
