It's kinda scary, and I share your interest in its popularity on such diverse sites.

Some of my most "popular" images aren't my favorites either. I'll have to think about anything close to a signature image.

This is an amazing image that could easily be a painting hanging in a museum. There's so much here, from the composition to the processing, and the hidden story within. I love that there are trees on the left, that faint little island, and that amazing weather, but what really catches my attention is the wonderment of what the two ladies are looking at. The two on the right are discussing something, so it's the two looking in the distance, which seems to be blocked that catches my eye.

Excellent work Duck !!! I'm a sucker for 'Planes, Trains & Automobiles, especially old antique ones. I cannot get enough view time with old images and those that appear to be old.
