Cambodia

Postby dynalmadman » Tue Oct 27, 2015 4:05 am

Hi all, just registered because I want to get better. First post. First uploaded pics.

The wife and I travelled to Cambodia for a couple days and visited the floating village, Angkor Wat, the 'Angelina' Wat and the Bayon Wat of 216 faces. Follows are a few shots with the link to the Flicker album of 43 pics.

The floating village is peopled with Vietnamese refugees from the conflict of a few years ago. They are undocumented aliens and may live on the floating city, but are forbidden to leave. Income is mostly from fishing which is sold to Cambodians that come out on boats to buy.

Welcome to pM and thanks for sharing Michael!
Lots of neat shots there with interesting structures. It seems like I've seen them before, perhaps in a movie.
