Wristwatch
Today I decided I'd get back in the studio and start actively generating images to update my portfolio. I brought out my tilt-shift and this trusty prop.
I offer up the RAW file for you good folks to play with. Enjoy.

There you go Duck. Similar but not the same. Without access to WB information I set the camera profile to Camera Landscape and set temp and tint to 8400 and -10. The Landscape profile boosted the reds in the dials to my taste. That gave me a colour I liked on the metal areas whilst leaving light colour on the face.
I didn't touch the crop as I thought that couldn't be improved after toying with it.
I did spotting and various other minor removals on the face and band.
Capture noise reduction and sharpening as well was done.A small s curve in the tone panel, coupled with minor whites, highlights and shadows. I also increased exposure .5. I then added a radial filter over slightly larger than the dial and boosted exposure in it by another .5 stop while using 100% feather to blend it. My final step was a general vignette of -27, midpoint of 30 and feather of 100.
All this was in LR although this can be replicated in Adobe Camera Raw.

Nice! Duck.
Nice edit too John.
I don't know that I can even come close, but I'll give it a shot when I get a chance.
