Funny you should say that because I took the photo blocks away from the University of Montana. Love it! S-

I'm also glad you included the fence posts. It's a nice touch to the overall scene. I feel without them this would have been too generic looking.
This scene would look impressive with a cinematic crop too.

I feel like there's something missing and suspect a foreground interest so I'm wondering if I should lighten the few posts that are there?

And I hadn't considered a cinematic crop. I like it! S-

Thank you! I can go into my journey with post-processing, but what's important here is You Are Right and I really appreciate that!

I know what I want it to do, but haven't let it come out. I'm working on it but the cool thing is being called on it, almost a challenge if you will and I'll use that the next time I put color to an image. Thank you for being honest, thank you for being you! S-

I think PsJunkie hit it on the head by darkening the foreground to balance against the sky. I think the posts are fine. Besides, I feel this is about the vista across the fields more than what is in front.

Complimentary lighting as much as complimentary colors. Balance, it's all about balance isn't it! S-

Not always, but in this case it works. (OK)

... Speaking of which, the attached is an alternate version I was hesitant to post. I'm curious what you all think. S-

Just so we are on the same page Steve, I might not understand what you were saying, but in essence, all I really did was add some light and take some away....which does accentuate color I guess. Honest is all I know and I've only ever just been me not anyone else.....so your welcome.
