My iPhone. I didn't even notice the effects at the bottom until I saw them on my screen. When I took the photo, I tried for the effects on the splinter effects on the people and buildings at the top of the frame. Happy accident. Thanks. Matt

I like the stretchy look of the people behind it but I really like the effect of the water at the bottom! S-
