I over-sketched the lines of the black wire with light gray digital pencil, to get the sizing in place, then I just freehanded with brushes, turning the reference layer on and off. On the ipad you can only have one image showing at a time, so I had to do it that way. It would be easier to have a reference image you can keep looking at.

Not as good as George Bush, but mainly trying out brushes and tones using the converted image as a map.

Wow, this is neat, sort of like filtering out everything but one color, and I can see how it helps you see, especially in difficult images. Neat! S-
