Filter forge 4

Postby pop511 » Mon May 22, 2017 1:10 pm

Interesting set of plug in filters for P/S
Each filter seems to be infinitely adjustable. A fiddlers paradise for some, or quickly go into depression for others.... :D
I only fooled around with it for a few minutes, and I thought put up my first picture from it starting with final pic. Filter layer and original.
Used color dodge and reduced fill to 71%
Yeah I know I got the sequence wrong. I'll get the hang of this forum right one day... :lol: :lol:
Have fun;

As a photographer I have never found any value in filters such as these. As a graphic artist, on the other hand, they offer unique possibilities for all kinds of uses.

These things do look interesting. I am a junkie for this kind of stuff. Thanks for the heads up, the price is good.

Duck;
Nice to see you jump in;

Absolutely.
For my portraiture work. It has to be right from the camera, or out they go.
Lets stay with that boat above;
It's an ok shot, but nothing special. But I'll play to see what I can do to make it interesting.

The post was only put up to show what this P/S plug in is like. You know what they say. " A picture is worth a thousand words "

I think it's fun pushing the limit and then going a little further but it's eventually back to taking the best image possible.

Another tool in the drawer. Thank you for this! S-
