It saddens me to forward the news that our good friend and fellow photographer, Matt Quinn, has passed.
As some of you may know, he had been battling cancer for a while and was on his way to recovery.
Please take a moment to remember him in your prayers.

Busy bees

The temperature is changing as is the sunlight and the bees are frantic.

A feast of color and movement. The challenge is the impossibility, for me, of photographing more than one bee because if so, only one is in focus and the other is not. I like the last one better because there is just one bee so he is sharper and I can see that gorgeous, rich flower detail too.
