It saddens me to forward the news that our good friend and fellow photographer, Matt Quinn, has passed.
As some of you may know, he had been battling cancer for a while and was on his way to recovery.

Absolutely wonderful Piet, a shot to die for. The top bird is enough but the bottom one is astounding. The artistic version takes it into the next realm of beauty and is my favorite version of course. I will look at this one again when I get home and can see it on the bigger/clearer screen, and I'll say more then, but I am gobsmacked by this!
