The birds a bonus you felt needed, and good for you.....the presentation of the original information through your eye for processing....outstanding.......

Hey Linda, don't ever hesitate to ask/comment if curious or if something struck you... but was definitely wondering if I got away with it.
The image was so strong emotionally and visually that I only gave it a passing thought :|

These are outstanding. All three of them. It’s impossible to pick a favorite because they aren’t in the same category with each other, despite being taken same place/same time. The first is a wonderful bird-in-environment shot with perfect pose and perfect degree of separation from background, and no distractions, Audubon-worthy. The eagle is a step above a regular bird portrait. You started with a perfect capture of a perfect pose, and I don’t know what you did with your processing, but it is gorgeous and you ended with a fine art image that you simply must print and frame. On high quality cotton rag fine art paper. The third is a wonderful artistic image of an intimate seascape. Your magic worked well, adding texture and contrast to emphasize the undulating forms along the beach. And the un-birds are perfectly appropriate.

was a nice day and we went to the beach - saw an oystercatcher and an eagle, was surprised both times.

could have gotten closer to the eagle, but damn battery went dead on me - that will teach me!!
Wow the third is amazing! Leave it as-is. Beautiful! S-
