I took these photos from about 10 yards away since there was sign asking customers not to go past the table at the entrance because of the hot equipment and machinery.
This chaos is normal for Sundays during bbq season, I suspect, so I will ask the manager during the week whether I could get closer on Sunday. The fellow was working frantically -- from the distance I couldn't determine how he could pick out the dead crabs so quickly and chuck them to his left then drop the live ones into the bucket on his right. He would haul in baskets from a delivery truck out on the ramp where I stood, sort and steam, then attend to customers for their paid orders. Breathless to watch.
