Wonderful! Sad! Clamour beautifully captured in a still photograph.
Friends call me Chuck. :photo: This link takes you to my Flickr albums. Please click on any album to scroll through it.
(I prefer to present pictures in albums because I can put them in specific order.)

All the great photographers use cameras! No, really. :|

Very nice Graham. Some might take you to task for chopping through the gentleman's head on the right but I agree with your decision as his role seems to be to demonstrate a rustle of movement as contrasted to the slumbering subject, and his feet take care of that role. Of course that concrete object the subject is nestled into is such a fine frame-inside-frame to focus our eye on the subject. Great conversion to b&w too,

I often feel like this when I travel, wondering if there's a good place to just lay down and rest awhile, and see the same everywhere I go, especially here in LA.

The image is beautifully composed with movement all around and stillness within, just like his life it would seem.

Thank you for presenting another skillfully crafted image inspiring us all! S-
