Sometimes we call Andromeda, AnDRAMAda...

The same day as the fire chief shots. Andi was running and caught the toe of her sandal and took a tumble. It wasn't a huge tumble, she wasn't going that fast, she was on carpet so mostly she was surprised, but Matt picked her up to comfort her and I made this series of three, one after the other:

LOL - these are great, I like the second particularly. You caught the moments and she is telling Matt all about it... OR... is this the typical reaction you get when you do Street Photography?

The pout is just precious and, yeah, I can see how Matt's mimicry wouldn't be appreciated. A great and tender moment beautifully captured.

:D She was actually working up to it. She wasn't at all hurt, but she reflexively started to cry, and Matt scooped her up and talked quietly to her. There were 3 more shots before these that show the progression of, "I am not hurt but Daddy thinks I might be and I am getting lots of attention so maybe I should ramp it up?" 8):

Thank you, Duck. I had not seen this theatrical pout before. She is doing and developing new things practically daily. It's been more than 30 years since Matt was this age so I no longer recall the stages, but at age 2 they are going through rapid changes which is why the "terrible" twos, I guess, and yeah, she can go off with zero warning, and she has leather lungs and triple-chime brass vocal cords. :|
